• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with original tags and packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: Innerwear, bodysuits, and sale items are not eligible for return.
• Exchange: You can exchange for another size or product of equal value, subject to availability.
• Refunds: Refunds will be initiated after quality checks and processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• How to Initiate: Contact returns@clowear.in with your order number and reason for return.

CloWear reserves the right to decline returns that don’t meet the policy conditions.
